Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you register and use the Platform, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, MC number, DOT number, and role (driver, dispatcher, broker, or owner). We also collect content you submit, such as load details, BOL documents, inspection records, GPS location data, and chat messages.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and operate the Platform; (b) authenticate users and manage access by role; (c) facilitate communication between drivers, dispatchers, and brokers; (d) process payments and subscriptions; (e) send service-related notifications; (f) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Sharing Within the Platform
By design, the Platform shares certain data with other users to enable its core functions. For example, a dispatcher can view a driver's BOL submissions, GPS location, and load status. A broker can view a driver's activity when connected through a broker trip. Messages in chat threads are visible to the participants of that thread. Company owners and dispatchers can view employee data within their company.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate the Platform, including payment processing (Stripe) and cloud infrastructure. These providers have access to data only as necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect it. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. Load records, BOLs, and messages may be retained for compliance and audit purposes even after account closure. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, authenticated access controls, and database row-level security. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
We use localStorage and essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and remember your consent preferences. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
